My goal is to teach you how to train. After working with me, you should be able to create your own program with smart progressions and intelligent structure.

I believe consistency is the only true secret to reaching your goals. That's why I reward people who train in a consistent way.

GETTING TO KNOW EACHOTHER

A chat about your current situation, your goals and your motivation. What do you expect from me?

After a short conversation, we'll go over a screening where I test your mobility. We end with a couple of strength tests.

YOUR JOURNEY STARTS NOW

Your workouts can last from one hour to one hour and a half. The workouts have a dynamic warm-up which focuses on your weaknesses which were apparent during the screening.

Then an activation circuit starts to awaken your major muscle groups.

Your workouts program starts now. Based on your goals and your health situation. Together we go through your fully customized program.

RELAX

Every session we take a minute to relax and breathe. I teach you tools to come to peace. Learning how to breathe correctly and how to deal with unwanted tension.
